Pell Frischmann appoints regional head of project and programme management
With more than 20 years of experience, Jennifer Dickinson began work at the technical and engineering consultancy today.
Moving from her role as project director at JDSA Consultancy to head up Pell Frischmann’s project and programme management team in the North West, Dickinson said, “I am truly grateful for the opportunity to join Pell Frischmann, right here in my home city of Manchester, and to lead a diverse, empowered team dedicated to project and programme management.
“As we strengthen existing client relationships and cultivate new ones, my goal is to increase our service offerings and add further value to the projects we undertake. Ensuring that our collective decisions align with a greener, more sustainable vision is not just a commitment, but a responsibility we owe to future generations,” she continued.

During her time in infrastructure and transport scheme project and programme management, she has worked at Mott McDonald, Ridge and Partners LLP, and WYG Group.
Projects she has worked on include the Metrolink’s Trafford Park Line extension, the Port of Liverpool docks, MCF Active Travel, and Mayfield Park in Manchester.
Pell Frischmann provides a variety of engineering and technical services related to infrastructure, buildings, the environment, and land development. Projects include the redevelopment of York’s outer ring road, phase one of Port Salford, and the Quality Corridors Blackpool urban redevelopment scheme.
In taking her position at their Manchester office, one of 14 across the country, Dickinson will join a 60-strong team of the company’s 600 employees.
Dickinson will also work alongside by Wales and North West growth director, Matthew Davies.
