Peel sells retail park to Prupim

Real estate investment fund manager Prupim has bought the retail and leisure complex Peel Centre in Blackburn for £27m.

The 150,000 sq ft scheme on Whitebirk Drive off the M65 is let to chains including Staples and a Vue cinema.

CB Richard Ellis advised Prupim. Whitaker Horton represented Peel.
