Partners join Clarke Willmott
The national law firm is the latest to strengthen its property team in the competitive Manchester legal market, adding two partners at its 55 Spring Gardens office.
Billy Poulter, ex-DAC Beachcroft, and Kevin Richardson, who recently sold his practice Richardson Law, will work alongside four senior partners in Clarke Willmott’s Manchester property team.
Poulter specialises in housebuilding and development. Previous roles include a spell at the Homes & Communities Agency, now Homes England.
Richardson has experience of working in-house for property developers and within property teams at several other law firms.
Ed Foulkes, head of Clarke Willmott’s Manchester office, said: “We are excited about this double partner appointment for our fast-growing commercial property team in Manchester, which demonstrates the commitment we have to the sector.”
Clarke Willmott has its head office in Southampton and further bases in Birmingham, Bristol, Cardiff, London, and Taunton. This year the firm is celebrating its 135th anniversary.
