Partington takes partner role at Knight Frank

Paul Partington has joined the consultancy’s Manchester office after five years as head of property management at Roger Hannah.

He will lead Knight Frank’s property asset management team, taking over from Elaine McClean who has taken early retirement.

David Porter, head of Knight Frank’s Manchester office, said: “We are sorry to see Elaine go, she has succeeded in building us a strong reputation for efficient and inventive management of prime city centre assets such as 3 Hardman Street, New Bailey and Barton Arcade.

“I am delighted that someone with the experience and enthusiasm of Paul will be taking over the reins and building further as the team continues to grow.”

Meanwhile, the firm has also bolstered its ranks with the appointments of Gillian Bamford and Richard Gibala as associates, joining from Robertsons Facilities Management and CBRE respectively.
