Paragon builds regional base with two more recruits
Paragon has added further staff to its recently established Manchester office. Neil Grundy and Simon Long have both joined as associate directors.
Simon Long previously worked at Colliers International with James Onions, head of Paragon’s Manchester office, and co-director Rob Simpson who also joined when the new office, the company’s first outside London, was established in May this year.
Grundy joins from Cushman & Wakefield, formerly DTZ, having previously worked at Colliers International, McGrath Associates and EC Harris. The appointments follow the recent recruitment of Peter Mcllhagger as director of projects in July.
James Onions, head of office, said: “Having already worked with both Neil and Simon, I look forward to continuing our successful working relationship. I am confident that our combined experience of building surveying and project related services will enable us to offer an even greater level of service to our clients. It has been four months since we opened in Manchester and we have been incredibly busy working with both existing and new clients. Neil and Simon’s appointments are part of an ongoing expansion strategy and they will play an integral role in the continued growth of the Manchester office.”
