Pair join Paragon

Paragon has continued to grow its Manchester office by taking on Tarik Rasul as associate director and Justin Fairhurst as project manager.

Rasul will head up the firm’s quantity surveying team and form part of the project management offer alongside Peter McIllhagger.

Fairhurst will be reunited with Aled Howells with whom he previously worked at Mace. The two will be working on projects including a number of student residential schemes, fund monitoring as well as the easyHotel portfolio in Manchester and Liverpool.

Peter McIlhagger, director at Paragon, said: “Having just celebrated our first anniversary of the opening of the Paragon Manchester office, we have grown to become a strong team here in the North. Our success has been down to the high quality of work that the team produces meaning that our clients have complete faith in our ability to deliver. Tarik – with whom I have worked for more than 10 years – and Justin will be vital in assisting us as we continue to grow.”
