Orbit scores in Altrincham

Orbit Developments has secured a 9,800 sq ft letting on a 10-year lease to Omni Resource Management Solutions at Charter House, Altrincham.

Omni will occupy two floors of Charter House, relocating its staff from Ashley House, Altrincham.

Howard Flint, managing director of Omni, said: "When we out-grew our existing office space, we needed somewhere that could support our growing business. Charter House provided the perfect office space for our requirements with the added benefit of being located in the heart of Altrincham town centre, ideal for our employees who are accustomed to the location and amenities."
