Onward reaffirms Place partnership

“After another year of rewarding activity, we’re pleased to renew our partnership with Place North West and look forward to benefitting from more valuable engagement with regional decision-makers,” said Sandy Livingstone, the housing association’s executive director of property.

Onward Homes’s partnership with Place North West encompasses a dynamic, year-long business development and marketing campaign. The bespoke agreement includes event sponsorship, filmed roundtables, and thought leadership content – all geared towards driving Onward’s mission to provide quality affordable homes.

Livingstone elaborated: “Through Place North West events, we aim to build on our existing relationships and forge new ones with ambitious, like-minded partners, to ensure we can continue to deliver on our affordable housing goals.”

Dino Moutsopoulos, managing partner and head of commercial at Place North, welcomed the renewal of Onward’s strategic partnership.

“Place Partnerships are a blend of the profile and strategic business generation support that Place North is well positioned to deliver,” he said.

“Our reach, network and trusted position, makes us the perfect partner for organisations like Onward, so we can help grow their profile, manage their strategic messages as well as provide opportunities for them to meet the people and organisations key to their strategic business development and growth.”

Moutsopoulos added that he was eager to work again with chief executive Bronwen Rapley, Livingstone, and the entirety of the housing association’s team.

Onward manages 35,000 homes across the North West, with ambitions to build even more, creating sustainable and intergenerational communities in the process. Current projects include a 57,000 mixed-use development in Hattersley alongside Maple Grove Developments and 380 affordable homes in Preston.
