Onward agrees Place partnership

The North West housing association is embarking on a 12-month marketing and business development campaign with Place North West.

“We have seen great value in working with Place North West in the past year and look forward to developing our relationship over the next 12 months,” said Sandy Livingstone, executive director of property at Onward Homes.

Livingstone continued: “As an organisation committed to spending our Northern Pound effectively, we look forward to driving conversations across the region that we hope will open up new opportunities for partnership working.

“This is an exciting year for Onward as we significantly increase our pipeline of new homes across the North West through our Strategic Partnership with Homes England.

“By partnering with Place North West, we will be able to share our experiences, gain valuable insight from regional peers and engage with new partners who can help us achieve our development ambitions.”

Onward’s bespoke agreement with Place North West includes:

  • Event sponsorship
  • Video roundtables
  • Podcasts
  • Thought leadership content

Place North West commercial director Dino Moutsopoulos said he was “extremely pleased” to be working with Onward in the coming year.

“2023 is looking like a positive year for both firms,” Moutsopoulos said. “The development of good housing for the region is key to so many people and businesses. I look forward to seeing the further developments Onward Homes plans to deliver coming to fruition.”
