One Heritage appoints chief financial officer

Stuart Ormisher, formerly of Property Alliance Group, will take over the leadership position from Anthony Unsworth on 16 February.

Ormisher has more than 13 years of experience in property. He was the chief financial officer at PAG and has also held roles at Bruntwood and Grant Thornton.

In addition to being the chief financial officer of One Heritage Group, Ormisher will also be an executive director of the board.

David Izett, chairman of One Heritage, said he was “delighted” for Ormisher to join the company.

“We are looking forward to benefitting from his financial expertise and sector experience gained in property development in the North of England,” Izett said.

Izett also expressed his thanks for the work of Ormisher’s predecessor, Unsworth. Izett said: “On behalf of the board, I wish to thank Anthony for his substantial contribution as CFO. We wish him every success in his future endeavours.”

Unsworth had announced his intention to resign in September. His last day will be on 16 February, ending his time at the company after one year and seven months.

When revealing his looming resignation, Unsworth said: “It has been a privilege to be a part of the One Heritage team and I would like to express my gratitude to everyone at One Heritage for their support and to extend my best wishes for their continued success.”

Recent projects for the Manchester-based developer One Heritage include the recently completed 18-apartment St Petersgate in Stockport, the 129-flat One Victoria in Manchester, and the 23-apartment Bank Street in Sheffield.
