Radius acquires UK Fuels’ Crewe HQ
Fiera Real Estate has sold the long leasehold of the 52,700 sq ft office building to its tenant.
Radius Group, which owns UK Fuels, has bought the building off Emperor Way within Crewe Business and Technology Park.
Fiera put the building on the market in June with a guide price of £12.5m. At the time, UK Fuels had 12.5 years to run on its lease and was paying £1.2m a year in rent.
Christopher Dee advised the purchaser on the deal. LSH advised Fiera.
The building features two gyms, a café, restaurant, and games room. It has an EPC score of A and a BREEAM rating of Very Good.
The campus itself is two acres, with the building occupying only 20% of the site. There is also 186 car parking bays, including 22 with electric vehicle charging capability.
As it stands, the site is held on a long leasehold from Cheshire East Council on a peppercorn rent.
