OCS Group let unit at Bury site

Promotional products supplier 4imprint Group has sub let the 22,439 sq ft unit 11 at Park Seventeen, located on New Road in Bury, to OCS Group.
4imprint still has seven years left to run on its lease, but has consolidated its operation at its base in Trafford Park.
OCS will run its Cannon Consumables brand at the premises.
King Sturge acted on behalf of 4imprint.
