Northern Trust completes industrial deals

Northern Trust has secured two small lettings at Birch Court in Warrington to Cheshire Seals & Components and My Digi Retail.
Both deals were completed on three-year tenancy agreements. The lettings take Birch Court to more than 50% let.
Birch Court provides 33,430 sq ft of industrial units arranged in three blocks split into 18 separate units. Units range from 1,100 sq ft to 2,245 sq ft.
Whittle Jones is managing agent for Northern Trust. BE Group and Eileen Bilton Partnership are letting agents on the scheme.
