North Liverpool PRS scheme in for planning

Liverpool developer Trophy Homes has submitted an outline planning application for a 110-apartment PRS scheme in Commercial Road, North Liverpool designed by Snow Architects. Euan Kellie Property Solutions is advising on planning.

The scheme, adjacent to Tobacco Wharf and close to Sandhills station, sits on a 0.7-acre site that was occupied by a British American Tobacco Warehouse until its demolition in 1991, since which time it has remained vacant.

The proposed project comprises two linked blocks of between four and seven storeys each, overlooking the Leeds and Liverpool Canal. There will be secure undercroft parking.

Trophy Homes describes itself as a full service property company, with capabilities in investment, ifnance, asset management and construction. Along with residential projects, it is active in student lettings in both Liverpool and Manchester.
