Independent property consultant, Nolan Redshaw, has been instructed by a private investor to market a 5.3-acre site at Greenbank Business Park, Blackburn.
The site is available to rent for open storage and is presented in plots from one acre upwards.
Andrew Ashworth of Nolan Redshaw said: "This securely fenced site is in an excellent location, adjacent to Greenbank Technology Park, and provides easy access to junction 6 of the M65."
