Warner relocated from Winckley Square, Preston, and is the first occupant in the recently completed phase at Matrix Park, signing a five-year deal at £16/sq ft with developer Westmarch Investments.
No 1 Buckshaw has 17,500 sq ft on two floors, available for lease or for sale. Suites range from 3,600 sq ft to 8,700 sq ft. Three additional, self-contained terraced units of 3,100 and 2,500 sq ft are also available on a similar basis.
