Warner Asset Management has taken a 2,500 sq ft office in the first phase of Matrix Park, part of the large Buckshaw Village scheme in Chorley.
Warner relocated from Winckley Square, Preston, and is the first occupant in the recently completed phase at Matrix Park, signing a five-year deal at £16/sq ft with developer Westmarch Investments.
No 1 Buckshaw has 17,500 sq ft on two floors, available for lease or for sale. Suites range from 3,600 sq ft to 8,700 sq ft. Three additional, self-contained terraced units of 3,100 and 2,500 sq ft are also available on a similar basis.
