Travel company moves to Atlantic Pavilion

Smaller Earth Group is relocating its Liverpool business to Atlantic Pavilion on Albert Dock, taking a 7,500 sq ft office on the fourth floor.

Smaller Earth, which was established in Liverpool in 1999, employs 54 people locally, and has sub-let the space at Atlantic Pavilion from Home Shopping Group.

The travel group, which employs 158 people globally, will relocate all its staff from two offices in Liverpool, one on Hanover Street and another on Mount Pleasant.

Bastian Weinberger, chief executive at Smaller Earth Group, commented: “We wanted to find a building that would compliment our company culture and that our staff would feel connected to. After searching for some time, we found Atlantic Pavilion – not only did it tick all the boxes visually, but it is also well-located in terms of amenities, public transport and local pride.

“The team are excited to move in and continue on our journey of inspiring people to go further.”

Worthington Owen acted for Home Shopping Group, and Smaller Earth represented itself. According to Worthington Owen, around 24,000 sq ft of space is still available at Atlantic Pavilion.

Cushman & Wakefield are joint letting agents for the building.
