Scott Frazer ties up deal with Dunlop Heywood

Scott Frazer Consultants has merged with commercial property and rating specialist Dunlop Heywood.

Andrew Frazer will become investment and agency consultant at Dunlop Heywood, based in Oxford Street, Manchester city centre.

Before founding Scott Frazer five years ago, Andrew was a director at Chesterton and also Storeys SSP. He joins the Dunlop Heywood Manchester with immediate effect. He commented: "A unique opportunity has arisen for me to join forces with one of Manchester's oldest and most respected property advisory names. Dunlop Heywood has an enviable client list and combined with my existing clients we hope to provide a broader and integrated service."

Stuart Hicks, director of Dunlop Heywood, said: "I have known Andrew for many years and he will be looking to develop the investment agency side of the business, working with our growing teams in Manchester, London and Abu Dhabi."
