RPS recruits from DTZ

Altrincham-based Regional Property Solutions has appointed Daniel Lee as a surveyor.

Lee will be responsible for the disposals and acquisitions of office, retail and industrial properties across south Manchester.

He joins RPS having previously worked with DTZ and Donaldsons in Manchester.

Lee said: "I was attracted to RPS as it combines the expertise and modern resources of a typical national practice but with the specialism and flexibility of a niche practice. It is well identified with the south Manchester market, its landlords and potential occupiers. There is also a fantastic opportunity to grow the existing client base and evolve the business further."

Lee replaces Ben Gregory, who left the company.

RPS currently has six staff at the Altrincham office working on properties throughout Greater Manchester and Cheshire.
