Jeremy Lefton, director of Roundhouse Properties, said: "When we first launched the concept we knew it would be a product that would appeal to SMEs but the demand has surpassed expectations.

"We're also in advanced talks with another occupier and if they go to plan then we'll have completed our phase 1 and 2 objectives well ahead of schedule."

The scheme is a joint venture with JWS Developments and the architect for the development was Dave Taylor of Partington Associates, who also provide planning advice.

The development is directly marketed by Roundhouse Properties supported by Bailey Deakin & Hamiltons which is the sole agent for the development.
