Punch offloads pubs with Colliers

Colliers CRE has been appointed by Punch Taverns to sell 36 pubs nationwide including four in the North West and North Midlands in Knutsford, Rawtenstall, Southport and Stafford.

The Kilton Inn at Mere on the A50 Warrington Road between Lymm and Knutsford has a guide price of £1m. The two-storey freehold site has a rateable value of £50,000 and is attached to a Premier Lodge Hotel not included in the sale.

The Old Cobblers Inn off the A682 Bury Road on the edge of Rawtenstall town centre is adjacent to the vintage East Lancashire Railway. It has a guide price of £600,000 and a rateable value of £61,000. The two-storey property currently trades as a Wacky Warehouse and features a dining area with 75 covers and separate children's play area. There is parking for 80 cars.

A guide price of £900,000 has been placed on The Imperial Hotel in Albert Road on the edge of Southport town centre. The two-storey property has a rateable value of £67,000 and features an open plan bar with a dining area and separate pool room. There is a small outside drinking area and parking for about 50 cars.

The Westway on the outskirts of Stafford has a guide price of £600,000 and a rateable value of £38,000. The freehold site features lounge and public bars and a function room with bar and parking for some 70 cars.
