Property Social comes to Liverpool

The successful Property Social networking events arranged by Just PR & Marketing and supported by Place North West and Property Week and sponsored by Capital & Centric are following the procession to Liverpool for the PlaceEXPO under the International Festival for Business banner this month.

The next property Social event will be held at English Cities Fund's No 4 St Paul's Square at the heart of Liverpool's central business district as part of PlaceEXPO, starting at 5pm on Tuesday 17 June 2014.

Before the event gets into full swing, attendees will also have the opportunity to tour Capital & Centric's nearby 12 Tithebarn Street, the former Churchill House, the refurbishment of which is well underway. Interested parties are being asked to sign up for the tour when registering for the event with Justine McGuinn of Just PR & Marketing justine@justprm.co.uk.

The event, which began in Manchester, is expected to attract around 150 guests from the property sector and will be promoted via Twitter with the hashtags #LivPropSocial and #PlaceEXPO. You can also follow @JustPRM for updates.

Justine McGuinn of Just PR & Marketing said: "We're really excited about taking the 'Property Social' to Liverpool and we hope that the event will generate the same level of interest that we've experienced in Manchester.

"Whilst Liverpool is a very different market to Manchester, we hope that the buzz being created around the PlaceEXPO and the International Festival for Business will attract a wide range of professionals from around the UK already in Liverpool for the Festival."
