Place RESI 2015

The speakers confirmed for the event on 26 March include:

Graham Stock and John Cooper, partners in planning and development at Deloitte Real Estate, will forecast where we are going with planning in the housing market in 2015, whether greenfield or city centre, from housing needs numbers to drivers for urban developers

Rebecca Eatwell, director of PPS Group in the North, looking at the politics of planning in housing, to the General and Local Elections and beyond

Deborah McLaughlin, chief executive, Manchester Place, with an introduction to the work of this newly established collaboration between Manchester City Council and the Homes & Communities Agency, aiming to create a pipeline of development-ready sites to help the city meet its target of creating 55,000 new homes by 2027

Matthew Pratt, Redrow's regional chief executive for the North of England, North Wales & Midlands, offering business insight and market outlook from the listed national housebuilder currently enjoying outstanding results

Place RESI 2015Place RESI 2015 is due to take place at Deloitte in Spinningfields Manchester on Thursday 26 March from 9.30am with registration for a 10am start and closing at 2.30pm. Breakfast and lunch will be provided. There will be a mixture of presentations and panel discussion, chaired by Paul Unger, editor of Place North West.
