PAG deals in Cumbria

Developer Property Alliance Group has let a 6,100 sq ft industrial unit on Alliance Business Park in Penrith, to utilities services company Daniel.

In a second deal, existing Alliance tenant Nilfisk-Advance, has taken a new lease for ten years following PAG's £120,000 refurbishment of its 2,600 sq ft office. Nilfisk-Advance manufactures industrial cleaning machines and has now transferred all services to this northern site as its main office.

Ian Hunter, director of Property Alliance Group, said: "We are delighted to have secured this deal for Daniel Construction and we are confident that the facilities and location of the Business Park will provide them with a successful depot in the Cumbria area. The fact that Nilfisk-Advance has taken a new lease is testament to the schemes success and we are thrilled that they have moved their main depot to Penrith, which is great for the Cumbrian area."

Alliance Business Park is on the Gilwilly Industrial Estate on junction 40 of the M6.
