New tenant at Landmarq’s Unicentre

Joint agents King Sturge and Robert Pinkus & Co have helped to secure a letting deal for ground floor office space at the 12-storey Unicentre Building at Lords Walk, Preston for landlord Landmarq LLP.
Dearing Employment Services has signed for 1,724 sq ft suite 1 at the 89,000 sq ft office building. The passing rent totals £2,990 per annum.
The company joins tenants A4E, Carers Federation, and Real Time Training.
The Unicentre Building is located on the edge of Preston city centre next to Preston bus station.
