Scottish investor AWG Property has appointed Lambert Smith Hampton alongside existing agent DTZ to market Pall Mall Court on King Street in Manchester city centre.
The 40,000 sq ft Grade II-listed building is part-let to a number of occupiers, with the latest occupier, MWB Business Exchange, recently opening its serviced office centre on the ground, first and second floors.
