LSH joins agents on Pall Mall Court

Scottish investor AWG Property has appointed Lambert Smith Hampton alongside existing agent DTZ to market Pall Mall Court on King Street in Manchester city centre.

The 40,000 sq ft Grade II-listed building is part-let to a number of occupiers, with the latest occupier, MWB Business Exchange, recently opening its serviced office centre on the ground, first and second floors.

DTZ and LSH have suites from 2,085 sq ft to entire floors of 9,195 sq ft available, along with car parking. Rents start at £18.50/sq ft net.
