Liquidators put Liverpool shop on market

Former premises of female fashion store Solitaire in Liverpool are being offered for sale by Sanderson Weatherall on behalf of liquidators for £495,000.

The ten-year-old building is 7,172 sq ft on three floors and occupies a prime site on Williamson Street, off Church Street in Liverpool city centre. Neighbouring retailers include H&M, Marks & Spencer, Boots and Slater Menswear.

Rory Dillon, surveyor at Sanderson Weatherall in Manchester, said: "This is an excellent opportunity to obtain prime retail accommodation in the heart of Liverpool city centre."
