Langtree notches up 21st deal in Sandhills

Langtree has announced another deal at its thriving office complex, Connect Business Village, in North Liverpool.

Accountant GLF Richards & Co has taken a 1,337 sq ft two-storey office on a five-year lease.

There are now 14 serviced office occupiers and seven self-contained office tenants at the scheme, only completed 12 months ago.

Connect totals 60,000 sq ft, including an 18,000 sq ft Centrix Business Centre providing serviced offices and pay-as-you-use conference facilities.

Jayne Furnival, senior property manager at Langtree, said: "We are delighted to welcome another occupier to Connect Business Village, taking this part of the site up to 46% occupied.

"Connect Business Village is the first of its kind to the North of Liverpool's Business District and offers everything a business needs to be centrally located but without the city centre prices."

Connect Business Village is located off the A565 Derby Road, the main route into Liverpool city centre. The development also benefits from good access to and from the region with Sandhills Station located adjacent.

The scheme benefits from being able to offer grant support for small businesses registered in the area. The project is funded and supported by the North West Development Agency, Government Office for the North West, the Homes & Communities Agency and Liverpool Vision.

The joint agents for Connect Business Village are Keppie Massie and Roy Backhouse & Co.
