Integral UK opens NW office

Acting on behalf of Credential Holdings, agents Jones Lang LaSalle and BE Group have let 9,130 sq ft of office premises, on a ten-year lease, at 720 Birchwood Boulevard in Warrington to Integral UK for its new regional office to cover the North West.

Richard Wharton, director in Jones Lang LaSalle's national office agency team in Manchester, said: "Despite difficult market conditions, Birchwood continues to perform well with take-up in the area this year far outstripping last year with a number of further transactions in the pipeline which are due for completion by the end of the year."

Integral UK provides building maintenance solutions across all industry sectors and said it was drawn to Birchwood by its motorway network allowing immediate access to all parts of the region.
