Grosvenor signs Red Hot restaurant at Liverpool One

East Midlands-based restaurant operator, Red Hot World Buffet, is taking a 12,000 sq ft unit in Liverpool One.
The buffet style world cuisine restaurant will open for business in late August or early September and comes as part of a national roll out.
The group's first restaurant opened in Nottingham in 2005, closely followed by Northampton and Milton Keynes.
Lambert Smith Hampton advised on the Liverpool One deal and has been retained to acquire multiple premises across the UK.
