Duff & Phelps adds three from Eddisons

Duff & Phelps has hired three directors from chartered surveyors Eddisons, with Paul Greenhalgh, David Cran, and Phil Kelly all joining its real estate advisory arm.

Greenhalgh joins as managing director of Duff & Phelps’ real estate advisory group, and will focus on real estate consulting for corporate clients, pension funds, private equity firms, hedge funds, banks, and investment trusts.

He spent more than 10 years at Eddisons as a director in the valuations team, and during his time with the company he spent time on secondment with the Royal Bank of Scotland and Lloyds Banking Group. He joined Duff & Phelps in June.

Also joining Duff & Phelps from Eddisons are directors David Cran and Phil Kelly. Cran spent nearly seven years with Eddisons, and has previously worked for Bramleys as a surveyor.

All three will be based in Duff & Phelps’ Manchester office at 58 Spring Gardens.

Paul Clark, managing director of Duff & Phelps, said: “I am delighted to welcome Paul to the team. His experience and detailed knowledge of the property sector both nationally, and specifically in Manchester and the North West, will be a significant asset to Duff & Phelps and our clients.

“Paul is the first of many additions to our Real Estate Advisory Group, continuing the momentum of our growing practice.”
