Bundobust set for Liverpool opening

The craft beer and vegetarian Indian food operator is to open its third site after securing consent for a first floor unit on Liverpool’s Bold Street.

The business is a joint venture between two Yorkshire businesses in Sparrow Bier Café and restaurant group Prashad and in late 2016 followed its 2014 Leeds opening with a second unit, on Manchester’s Piccadilly Gardens. Both have enjoyed success, garnering positive reviews in the national press.

Advised by law firm Kuits Solicitors, the firm successfully applied for a partial change of use from A1 to A3 at the Link 19 building on Bold Street, along with alterations to the frontage and installation of new signage and M&E, and will now take forward plans for a 5,300 sq ft bar restaurant. Pure Design Consultancy is working with the business.

Greggs, KO Grill and pizza restaurant Crust are based on the ground floor of Link 19, while the Crafty Chandler craft ale pub is close by. Bundobust will be accessed from the building’s central staircase and lift.
