Meet the Authorities is due to take place at Manchester Science & Industry Museum on Thursday 1 July.

Speakers confirmed include:

Phil Mayall, development director, Muse Developments, which works closely with organisations in both the public and private sectors to deliver mixed-use development and urban regeneration, including as part of English Cities Fund alongside Homes England and Legal & General
Alan Evans, director of regeneration & place, Wirral Council, which is working on the biggest regeneration framework the area has seen in decades to guide future development along the ‘Left Bank’ coastline of the River Mersey
Barry Roberts, managing director – North West, Morgan Sindall Construction, whose projects include residential developments at New Bailey, Salford, and offices at Paddington Village, Liverpool
Roger Frith, head of strategic regeneration & development, Oldham Council, which is giving prospective developer partners the chance to outline how they would approach delivering the regeneration of Spindles Town Square Shopping Centre, among other projects
