Artmax secures letting at Chapel Walks
Recruitment agency NES Global Talent has signed up for the entire 7,000 sq ft sixth floor at 10 Chapel Walks in Manchester city centre.
Artmax acquired the property in September 2018 and has carried out a £1m refurbishment, which completed last month.
NES has a head office in Altrincham and specialises in recruitment for the oil and gas, power, life sciences, chemical, and mining sectors. The company’s deal is on a 10-year lease.
The 55,000 sq ft 10 Chapel Walks is on Manchester’s Cross Street, and other occupiers include Ward Hadaway, Workman, and Aviva.
CBRE represented NES while Cushman & Wakefield is the retained agent for the building.
Toby Nield, associate in Cushman & Wakefield’s office agency team, said: “Securing a letting before the refurbishment completes is a superb result and testament to the exciting plans for 10 Chapel Walks. The repositioning of the building has caught the imagination of occupiers and I am confident this will be the first new letting of many.
“The fundamentals of the building are all in place – good location, large reception, open floors. The quality of the refurbishment has given the building a completely new look and feel which sets it apart from the competition.”
