ADT takes Prescot Business Park office

St Modwen has signed security company ADT to a 4,500 sq ft office unit at Prescot Business Park.

ADT has agreed a five year lease for an undisclosed sum and will house its North West operation at the business park, which is opposite Cables Retail Park and close to Prescot town centre.

Steven Knowles, development director at St Modwen, said: "ADT's relocation to Prescot Business Park is further evidence of the attraction of the development to businesses within Merseyside, Lancashire and Cheshire. Interest in the development remains strong as we provide occupiers with an opportunity to expand their business in an excellent location."

ADT joins others tenants at the 12-acre business park including flooring specialists Profile Interiors, gas installers Heat 2000 and Nikki Thomas Developments.
