JB Leitch outbid a number of local and national property investors to secure the property, which will become their new Liverpool headquarters.

The property produces a gross income of £233,090 a year.

Tenants include Henshaws Society for the Blind, Liverpool Housing Trust and AEDAS Architects, with 12,000 sq ft remaining vacant.
