New starters at Brabners

Law firm Brabners has appointed Jonathon Waterhouse as a solicitor in its real estate team and Oliver Andrews as a solicitor in dispute resolution, both in Preston.

Waterhouse acts for a range of commercial clients and landed estates in relation to lease transactions, acquisitions and disposals of land and commercial premises, registration of unregistered estates and rights relating to rural holdings and estates. He previously worked for Napthens.

Andrews joins the firm from Oglethorpe, Sturton & Gillibrand and specialises in commercial litigation with a particular expertise in commercial contract claims and disputes concerning directors, shareholders and companies.

Ross Shine, partner in Brabners' Preston office, said: "We spent quite a while looking for the right people to fill these positions as it's important to us to recruit candidates of the highest calibre who are dedicated to providing the best legal advice for our clients. These recent appointments demonstrate that as a firm we continue to strengthen our presence in Preston and expand as a business."
