New record letting for Scottish Widows at Sharston Green

KDC has taken Unit 1 at the 28,000 sq ft Sharston Green creating a new record for Manchester.

The decommissioning, demolition and remediation specialists has pre let the unit at £6.25/sq ft.

Other occupiers at Sharston Green include Airline Services and the Authentic Food Group.

CB Richard Ellis and King Sturge acted as joint agents for landlord Scottish Widows.

All of the office space at the forthcoming £120m Manchester office block from Gary Neville’s Relentless Developments has now been pre-let.

David Wilkinson is the latest hire of the consultancy as it continues to expand into the North West.
