New hire at Robert Pinkus

Preston-based Robert Pinkus Management Services has recruited Shaun McAdam from Deckers Hospitality Group in Rochdale as property manager.

McAdam spent 13 years as contracts and facilities manager at Deckers before joining RPMS. He will work on a varied commercial property portfolio, carrying out performance reviews for development and investment, property inspections, service charge administration, overseeing repairs and maintenance, condition and dilapidation reports and managing and implementing credit control and insurance for all sites.

Adam Levene, managing director of RPMS, said: "Shaun brings a wealth of experience to our busy property management team and will assist us in continuing to deliver a quality all-round service to our growing client base. Shaun will deal with the day-to-day management of our clients' varied property assets and RPMS' expanding management portfolio."
