Network Space hires to development team

Catherine Chilvers has joined Network Space from the Homes & Communities Agency as senior development manager.

Chilvers has previously worked for Leeds City Council’s development department before moving to the North West Regional Development Agency in 2007, and the transferring to the Homes & Communities Agency in 2011.

She will be based in Network Space’s Newton-le-Willows head office.

Network Space, formerly Langtree, owns and manages an investment portfolio of three million sq ft of office and industrial space across 60 UK locations, with a combined value of more than £130m.

Chilvers said: “Network Space has a great track record in delivering commercial developments and in partnership working and I am delighted to be joining the development team at a time when the company is actively advancing so many exciting new development opportunities.”
