My Pad launches with Handforth scheme

Development startup My Pad has completed and fully sold its first project; six townhouses on Delamere Road in Handforth, Cheshire, at an average price of £270,000.

The three-bed Handforth homes were designed by Calderpeel. The development site covered 0.23 acres. The agents were Property Perspective and Savills.

Manchester-based My Pad Developments has acquired sites on Victoria Road in Runcorn and Sandbach town centre for its next projects.

In Runcorn, the developer proposes to build 14 units, eight newbuild and six conversions, in St Johns Church. Altrincham-based agent Property Perspective has been appointed to market the scheme for sale.

David Fairclough, director, said the site acquisitions to date were funded by high net worth individuals. Development finance has since been secured from Lloyds Bank.

Accountant Pomegranate Consulting advises My Pad.
