Mulloy leaves Cheetham & Mortimer after 20 years 

Conor Mulloy has joined expanding consultancy Graham + Sibbald as a director. 

Having joined Cheetham & Mortimer in 2002, Mulloy worked as a commercial agent specialising in retail and leisure for almost 20 years. 

Projects he is involved in include Media City, the £750m home of the BBC and ITV, as well as Kampus, HBD and Capital&Centric’s mixed-use redevelopment of the former Manchester Metropolitan University campus. 

Mulloy joins Graham + Sibbald’s four-strong agency team in Manchester.  

Graham + Sibbald, a Scottish founded chartered surveyor and property consultancy, has 15 offices across Scotland 

South of the border, the firm has offices in Manchester, London and Birmingham. 

“Graham + Sibbald just felt right,” Mulloy said. “There are ambitious plans for the Manchester office and it is moving forward in a very positive direction. I’ve been given the platform to continue to do what I love, which is deliver retail and leisure deals and schemes for great clients.” 

Mulloy added that the culture and feel of the business were key to his decision to move. 

“From the moment I spoke with the team, I knew that they had the personality, ambition and professionalism I was looking for and it would work.  

“I am excited to be part of the Graham + Sibbald team, building on their Scottish platform to grow as an agency south of the Scottish border and bring something fresh to the marketplace with expert advice and insights.” 

Reflecting on his 20 years at Cheetham & Mortimer, Mulloy said: “I’ve had the privilege to work with and for some fantastic people. It’s a well-established and respected firm and it was brilliant to work there.  

“I’ve got great clients and I want to continue growing Graham + Sibbald and give the best possible service, which is what I’ve always prided myself on.”
