M&S launches Manchester office search

Marks & Spencer has retained Colliers CRE to find a 120,000 sq ft office to consolidate its offices in the Manchester area.

The search is focusing on Salford Quays and Manchester city centre, with the preference for a BREEAM 'excellent'-rated building.

M&S may also include a ground-floor foodstore if the building location and type is suitable.

Colliers CRE declined to comment on rumours talks had already started with Peel Holdings, one of the main landowners in Salford Quays.
