Morgan Sindall Place Annual Partner . C, Place North West

Morgan Sindall renews decade-long partnership with Place

Steven Gregory, area director for Morgan Sindall Construction North West, said it was “an easy decision” to continue the contractor’s long-term relationship with Place North West.

“They truly understand our business, our priorities, and what we’re trying to achieve across the region,” Gregory said about those who work at Place.

“Their ability to showcase the incredible work our teams deliver – and the reach they bring to those stories – is invaluable,” he continued.

Place is a solid pair of hands: flexible, accommodating, and consistently going above and beyond. It’s a fantastic organisation to work with, and we look forward to another successful year together.”

The partnership will see Place continue to spotlight both the projects and people at Morgan Sindall, providing an outlet for the firm to share its expertise with the broader region and beyond.

Well established as a leading contractor in the life sciences field, Morgan Sindall is set to deliver two of the North West’s most anticipated science developments: Sciontec’s £61m Hemisphere One in Liverpool and Kadans Science Partner’s £100m Plus Ultra Manchester. It only makes sense, therefore, that Morgan Sindall is set to play a part in shaping Place North’s 2026 Life Sciences Update as a sponsor.

Likewise, the contractor has been busy in Lancashire working on the £65m Multiversity in Blackpool and the town square revamp in Accrington. Morgan Sindall will champion the county as a sponsor of the 2026 Lancashire Development Update on 29 January.

The partnership extends beyond conference sponsorships to include intimate and productive roundtable discussions, as well as dynamic site visit videos.

Dino Moutsopoulos, managing partner at Place, said: “We have worked with Morgan Sindall for ten years now and they are one of our most trusted partners. We spend time looking at the strategic aims of the business when planning the annual partnership, as well as how we can activate some of their current projects.

“A truly two-way partnership, Place North West benefits from their insight into the construction sector and we take that knowledge to inform our readers whilst we work on positioning key personnel to support their strategic growth,” he continued.

“We know Morgan Sindall’s involvement will always lead to better events and more reads.”

Place has a prestigious list of partners lined up for 2026. In addition to Morgan Sindall, the media company will be working closely with Onward Homes, Muse, Curtins, A+B Engineering, and Robertson Group. Learn more about the benefits of becoming a Place partner.
