Molyneux’s 75-bed Liverpool PBSA approved
Construction will go ahead on the six-storey student block that will be nestled in a small plot off Gildart Street in the city’s Fabric District.
Liverpool’s planning committee green-lit the application with no dissenting voices in the chamber.
Molyneux’s PBSA scheme will provide 75 beds across 15 studios and 10 six-bed clusters.
Residents will have access to a gym, workspaces, a cinema, and a roof terrace.
On the ground floor, a self-contained commercial unit will provide 1,100 sq ft of space for potential traders.
The block has been designed by Revival Architecture, with Baltic PDC and AJF Engineering Consultants also on board.
Plans for a seven-storey scheme had gone before the city council last year, but were upheld due to changes in fire safety regulations, which required a redesign and resubmission of plans.
Car parking has not been provided, with cycling and public transport use encouraged.

Good news, now can they get on site ASAP.
We are still waiting for Davos to start their project in this location , plus Mellior were meant to have revived a stalled scheme on nearby Islington but that’s gone very quiet.
