Mercury Park record rent rises to £5.75 with Regatta

Chancerygate has set a new record rent for its Mercury Park industrial scheme at Trafford Park with a letting to outdoor clothing supplier Regatta.

The units comprise of 14,158 sq ft of industrial and office space in total and were let on a new full repairing and insuring lease at a rent equating to £5.75/sq ft. The previous record was £5.50/sq ft.

Advising Chancerygate, Julien Kenny-Levick, director of industrial and logistics at Colliers CRE Manchester, said: "The letting to Regatta at what is a record rent for the area demonstrates ongoing strong demand from occupiers seeking high quality business space in a business park environment on the North West's prime industrial location."

One out of a total of 14 industrial and office units remains available at Mercury Park.
