The five-storey, 17,000 sq ft block is designed by Levitt Bernstein. Contractor Eric Wright Construction started work on the £10m building last August.
The scheme was initially designed as a restaurant and art gallery, then was changed to offices.

The main entrance to No 1 Hardman Street opens to a double height foyer. An external roof terrace is located on the fourth floor, with views of the surrounding conservation area, historic buildings and the city. The offics have exposed concrete soffits, suspended services and a pronounced steel structure.
No 1 Hardman Street was sold by Allied London to Charles Street Building Group in December last year.
Gary Tidmarsh, chairman of Levitt Bernstein, said: "The plot at 1 Hardman Street is one of the smallest in Spinningfields and surrounded by commercial buildings that would dwarf the scale of any new development. The design responds to the challenge by establishing its own bold identity that allows it to sit alongside its larger neighbours and be an entrance landmark to Spinningfields off Deansgate."
Capita Symonds was structural engineer, Grontmij was services engineer, Light Bureau did the lighting design, and Gardiner & Theobald was the construction, design and management co-ordinator.
