McGuinn launches property PR agency

Justine McGuinn, former head of the Manchester office of property PR firm FD Tamesis, has launched her own company called Just PR & Marketing.

Prior to joining FD Tamesis, McGuinn was national marketing co-ordinator of Amec Developments, now Muse Developments, for seven years.

Just PR & Marketing has six retained clients: Genr8 Developments, founded by John Early, ex-chairman of Amec Developments; Urbo Regeneration; Norman Disney & Young; Dooley Associates; Bolsterstone Group; and Grangefield Estates/Chancellor Place, the developer behind the 4m sq ft health-related scheme in Ardwick, Manchester.

McGuinn is based in Pall Mall Court on King Street, Manchester.
